Vendor Rules and Regulations1. Booth space is NON-Transferable. Exhibitor tables must be occupied at all times when the dealer’s area is open to the public NO EXCEPTIONS. Event staff will not be able to watch any dealer’s booth. 2. No booth space will be fully reserved until payment is received in full. 3. Each vendor will be granted two weekend passes only. These passes will allow entry into the event for all three days with no special entry to events that require an extra fee. 4. Vendors must have booths completely set up by the specified time and remain set up during the entire event. Changing assigned locations or space is NOT possible at the event. Adding racks, additional tables, etc., to your space is permitted as long as you do not exceed the boundary of your paid booth space (including into aisles and other dealer’s booth spaces that you have not paid for). Assigned booth spaces may not be changed without the management’s approval. A maximum of two people per 10 x 10 space is allowed. Additional people and those not indicated in advance may have to pay full admission for entry. Please contact us if you have questions about your space. The management will assign all booth spaces. 6. The management has the right to refuse or remove any displays of a pornographic or extremely graphic nature. This is a family event. Please notify in advance if you may have material you think may be offensive. We will review for approval. 7. The management and/or our sponsors and charity organization in no way endorses any vendor merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors are deemed to be their own business / entity. The management and/or our sponsors and charity organization is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold, or brought onto the premises of the convention. 8. All vendors agree to hold blameless Night Management members, staff, location entities, and agents against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage. 9. Any vendor who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or displays any disruptive behavior will be asked to leave with no refunds given on any fees paid in advance. 10. All merchandise sales by all vendors are strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied unless otherwise stated. 11. The following items are not permitted by the convention center: open flames (candles must be inside glass containers), use of adhesive backed decals, glitter, or confetti on convention center owned items. Do not remove or re-position convention center planters, furniture, or equipment. Convention center regulations will be strictly enforced. 12. All vendor spaces will be restricted on giving any type of psychic readings without prior approval from the event manager. Anyone found to be doing this will be stopped and if they disagree they will be asked to leave without refund of any fees paid in advance. All approved psychics will have an approval card they can show given by the event manager. 13. If you plan to play music, regardless of the style, genre, or ambiance factor, please indicate so on your application for approval. 14. No refunds will be offered for any reason on spaces purchased unless the event is cancelled by event management. **Guest list subject to change due to professional or personal issues** General Vendor Booth Details1. Each booth space is 10 feet x 10 feet and contains a table and two chairs. 2. All vendors will receive 2 passes that allow entry for both days of the event 3. All other items such as internet, extra chairs, extra tables and other items will be paid for by the vendor. 4. All areas are ADA-Compliant |
